- • Assist FM/FD in business budgeting, forecasting by working with operations through collection and analysis of financial data
- • Prepare reports for internal & external customers such as vendors/suppliers etc.
- • Monitor Key Performance Indicators.
- • Analyze business performance & provide commentary on reasons for changes.
- • Compute NPV and IRR for small value capital expenditure/AFE by integrating with operations.
- • Review provisions/expenses/revenue leakage and help Finance Manager in managing the profitability.

- • Professionally Qualified – CA/CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent.
- • 3-5 years of post-qualification professional experience within finance• Sound knowledge of financial and management accounting concepts.
- • Good leadership, interpersonal and presentation skills.
- • Proven analytical capabilities.
- • Fluency in English; strong verbal and written communication skills.
- • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Develop and implement quality control processes and procedures to ensure consistency and adherence to products repair standards.
- Generate reports summarizing quality performance and suggest improvements.
- Work closely with operations and workshop management teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with suppliers and other stakeholders to ensure quality standards are met.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives and participate in quality improvement projects.
- Provide training to staff on quality control processes and procedures.
- Keep the team updated on new technologies related to quality management.
- Investigate and analyze the root causes of quality issues and develop solutions.
- Implement corrective and preventive actions to address quality concerns.
- Assess and mitigate risks associated with quality control, ensuring proactive measures are in place to prevent quality issues.
- Conduct internal and external audits to evaluate the effectiveness of quality management systems.
- • Previous experience in a quality control role, minimum 3 years, preferably in a similar workshop or manufacturing environment.
- • Familiarity with relevant quality standards and certifications.
- • Proficiency in using quality control tools, data analysis and reporting skills.
- • Experience in conducting inspections and tests to ensure product compliance with standards.
- • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma.
- • Ability to interpret service manuals and technical drawings.
- • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- • Generate sales and sales opportunities via managing current customers and acquiring new customers from the market or walk-in (if positioned in a showroom).
- • Handle Gov’t/Institutional accounts as per the current customer assignment by direct management.
- • Meet with customers regularly, respond to queries in a timely manner, and liaise with department management on pricing, availability, and other commercial factors.
- • Ensure that the customer account, transactions are carried out to the satisfaction of the customer and internal controls & processes, which include D&I, payment follow-up, and other related processes.
- • Endeavor to increase the sales of extended warranty, maximize ASP, and negate returns.
- • Report regularly on sales performance, potential sales, and customer acquisition/ opportunity acquisition efforts, and any other reporting requirement requested by the direct manager.
- Direct experience min 5 years relevant experience (same industry) Electronics Home appliances
- Indirect experience min 7 years in the same field.
- Experience working with government, banking, oil sector & system integrator is an added advantage.
- Working knowledge of corporate sales processes & electronics products (multiple categories – digital & non-digital)
- Working knowledge of procurement processes for projects & tenders.
- Bilingual (spoken/written)
- Good command of PC technical skills (MS Office …etc.)
- Ability to demonstrate good interpersonal communication & negotiation skills.
- Holder of Kuwaiti Driving License
- • Secure contracts by working directly with individuals involved in construction and landscaping projects in outdoor locations across Kuwait.
- • Cultivate connections with key decision-makers such as architects, consultants, contractors, and site engineers.
- • Understand the technical aspects of our products and how they fit into various outdoor project needs.
- • Present proposals, address concerns, and secure project wins within budget and timeline constraints.•
- Oversee sales orders, coordinate logistics with internal teams, and ensure smooth project delivery.•
- Track progress against targets, analyze results, and propose new initiatives to maximize sales goals.
- • Identify promising outdoor project locations and potential buyers.
- Gain access to decision-makers and present compelling product solutions.
- • Negotiate pricing and terms to secure deals that benefit both our company and the project.
- • Manage all aspects of the order process from quotation to installation.
- • Monitor sales performance, analyze data, and report on progress.
- • Develop and implement strategies to exceed monthly sales targets in volume, value, and margin.
