- As a Customer Relationship Executive (CRE), you will play a crucial role in managing our extensive lead database and ensuring a seamless transition from initial contact to successful engagement with our counseling team.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Initiate contact with prospective leads through outbound calls.
- Assess the credibility and suitability of leads based on predefined criteria.
- Determine the level of interest and qualification for further engagement with our counseling services.
- Proactively follow up with leads via multiple communication channels.
- Implement a systematic approach to chase leads at designated intervals if initial attempts are unsuccessful.
- Maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all interactions with leads.
- Accurately record lead information and interaction details in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Ensure timely and comprehensive updates to the CRM to facilitate efficient lead tracking and management.
- Utilize CRM tools to generate reports and analyze lead engagement metrics.
- Collaborate closely with our counseling team to facilitate the smooth transfer of qualified leads.
- Provide relevant background information and insights to counselors for effective lead engagement.
- Conduct periodic checks to ensure that leads are being appropriately handled and supported by counselors post-transfer.
- Fresh Graduates or Individuals with Up to One Year of Experience: We welcome applications from fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in customer service, as well as individuals with up to one year of relevant experience.
