- Mentor and collaborate with a dedicated team of coaches, fostering a supportive and growth-focused coaching environment
- Engage with parents and staff to build a strong, community-centered program that emphasizes both athletic and personal development
- Lead program initiatives, including training schedules, performance analysis, and community outreach
Requirements
- Extensive experience in football coaching and program management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with coaches, families, and AUS RMF staff
- Passion for nurturing young talent and promoting teamwork, discipline, and resilience
