Join the elite ranks of the Real Madrid Foundation Football Program and inspire the next generation of players. As the AUS RMF Football Head Coach, you will not only shape young athletes’ skills and passion for the game but also oversee our entire program. You’ll work closely with coaches, parents, and AUS RMF staff to create an environment where players can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of the program, ensuring alignment with the Real Madrid Foundation’s vision and high standards
- Mentor and collaborate with a dedicated team of coaches, fostering a supportive and growth-focused coaching environment
- Engage with parents and staff to build a strong, community-centered program that emphasizes both athletic and personal development
- Lead program initiatives, including training schedules, performance analysis, and community outreach
Requirements
- Extensive experience in football coaching and program management
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with coaches, families, and AUS RMF staff
- Passion for nurturing young talent and promoting teamwork, discipline, and resilience
