We are looking for a skilled CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our CRM system, execute targeted marketing campaigns, and analyze customer data to enhance engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
🟡Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize CRM systems, ensuring data accuracy and customization.
- Develop and run targeted campaigns (email, SMS, etc.), personalizing communication based on customer segmentation.
- Analyze campaign performance and customer data to provide actionable insights.
- Enhance customer journeys to improve engagement and retention.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and customer service teams to align CRM strategies with business goals.
- Stay updated on CRM trends and test new features for continuous improvement.
🟢Qualifications:
- Experience in CRM management (Salesforce, Insider, MoEngage).
- Strong analytical skills and data interpretation abilities.

نحن نبحث عن أخصائي CRM ماهر لإدارة وتحسين نظام إدارة علاقات العملاء، وتنفيذ حملات تسويقية مستهدفة، وتحليل بيانات العملاء لتعزيز التفاعل، والاحتفاظ بالعملاء، وزيادة رضاهم.
🟡المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- إدارة وتحسين أنظمة CRM، وضمان دقة البيانات وتخصيصها.
- تطوير وتنفيذ حملات مستهدفة (البريد الإلكتروني، الرسائل النصية القصيرة، إلخ)، وتخصيص الاتصالات بناءً على تقسيم العملاء.
- تحليل أداء الحملات وبيانات العملاء لتقديم رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ.
- تحسين مسارات العملاء لتعزيز التفاعل والاحتفاظ.
- التعاون مع فرق التسويق والمبيعات وخدمة العملاء لمواءمة استراتيجيات CRM مع أهداف العمل.
- مواكبة اتجاهات CRM واختبار الميزات الجديدة للتحسين المستمر.
🟢المؤهلات:
- خبرة في إدارة أنظمة CRM (مثل Salesforce, Insider, MoEngage).
- مهارات تحليلية قوية وقدرة على تفسير البيانات.
- مهارات تواصل وإدارة مشاريع ممتازة.
- إلمام بالتسويق عبر البريد الإلكتروني، تقسيم العملاء، ولوائح خصوصية البيانات.
