- Deliver on sales and customer satisfaction objectives
- Maintains good relationships with customers by meeting and exceeding their expectations
- Answers customers’ questions on the phone or introduces or refers callers to the appropriate person

Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a quality control role, minimum 3 years, preferably in a similar workshop or manufacturing environment.
- Familiarity with relevant quality standards and certifications.
- Proficiency in using quality control tools, data analysis and reporting skills.
- Experience in conducting inspections and tests to ensure product compliance with standards.
- Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies, such as Lean and Six Sigma.
- Ability to interpret service manuals and technical drawings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- 5-7 years of experience in project sales, ideally within the construction or furniture industry.
- Proven track record of success in closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
- Extensive network of contacts in the Kuwaiti construction and landscaping sector.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Arabic and English.
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Valid Kuwait driving license is essential.
Candidate Requirements
- 5 years experience in Customer Service
- Graduate in any discipline preferably in hospitality industry
- Good interpersonal and communication skills in English, Arabic is an advantage
- Knowledge of Microsoft office application

The role will include but not be limited to the following responsibilities:
- Develop training materials and curriculums for Contact Center Agents and Customer Service Representatives to support XCITE’s business plans and ensure that employees possess the right skills to ensure customer satisfaction and meet their individual and departmental objectives and targets.
- Provide trainees with in-depth knowledge on systems used in the XCITE Contact Center.
- Conduct and deliver trainings for new joiner batches and comply with approved SLA.
- Train employees on cross-selling and upselling techniques to maximise XCITE profitability for the Contact Center Agents and Customer Service Representatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist FM/FD in business budgeting, forecasting by working with operations through collection and analysis of financial data
- Prepare reports for internal & external customers such as vendors/suppliers etc.
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators.
- Analyze business performance & provide commentary on reasons for changes.
- Compute NPV and IRR for small value capital expenditure/AFE by integrating with operations.
- Review provisions/expenses/revenue leakage and help Finance Manager in managing the profitability.
- Support operations manager/GM on adhoc requests
- Review work of Financial Analyst
- Processing all credit transactions for electronics, Furniture and online.
- Validate and ensure documentation compliance, and authenticity.
- Assessing creditworthiness of clients and taking adequate steps to ensure receipt of payments and recovery of debts.
- Ensure accuracy of all calculations.
- Follow-up on approval of credit applications, transactions, exceptions and other related processes to ensure that SLA’s are met on all fronts.
- Ensure that the Individual monthly sales targets is met.
- Ensure that the company standard for customer satisfaction is met and maintained.
- Selling related Easy Credit products and Services
- Credit collection & instalment payment from customers including Down-Payments, early settlements, Overdue, legal and late payment charges collection.
- Issuing Clearance certificates and Deals certificates for normal transactions ( not legal – no early settlement )
- End-Of-Day Transactions batches.
- Cash and K-Net reconciliation at End-Of-Day Batches
- Developing long-term relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders.
- Liaising between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of service and solutions according to customer needs.
- Operating as the lead point-of-contact for any and all matters specific to your customers.
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting, customer relationships
- Developing a trusted advisor relationship with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.
- Communicating clearly the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.
- Forecasting and tracking key account metrics.
- Identifying and growing opportunities within territory and collaborating with Sales Teams to ensure growth attainment.
- Assisting with high-severity requests and issuing escalations as needed.
