A leading design company located in (Shuwaikh – Kuwait) is looking for candidates for the following position ↔️

 Hiring: Sales Executive

Location: Shuwaikh, Kuwait

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Conduct market research to identify sales opportunities and assess customer needs.
• Make daily sales visits, promoting the company’s products and services.
• Actively seek new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.
• Prepare and deliver presentations on products and services.
• Ensure stock availability for sales and demonstrations.
• Negotiate and close deals, addressing any complaints or objections.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets.
• Gather customer feedback and share it with internal teams.
• Assist in the collection process.

Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of the Kuwait market with own car.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Arabic.
• Proven experience as a Sales Representative in the industry preferred.
• Transferable Visa – Article 18.

المهام والمسؤوليات:

• إجراء أبحاث السوق لتحديد فرص البيع وتقييم احتياجات العملاء.
• القيام بزيارات مبيعات يومية لعرض منتجات وخدمات الشركة.
• البحث النشط عن فرص مبيعات جديدة من خلال الاتصال الهاتفي البارد، والشبكات، ووسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
• إعداد وتقديم العروض التقديمية عن المنتجات والخدمات.
• ضمان توفر المخزون للمبيعات والعروض التوضيحية.
• التفاوض وإتمام الصفقات والتعامل مع الشكاوى أو الاعتراضات.
• التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق لتحقيق نتائج أفضل.
• جمع ملاحظات العملاء أو المحتملين ومشاركتها مع الفرق الداخلية.
• المساعدة في عملية التحصيل.

المؤهلات:

• معرفة جيدة بالسوق الكويتي مع توفر سيارة خاصة.
• مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة باللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
• يفضل وجود خبرة مثبتة كموظف مبيعات في نفس المجال.
• إقامة قابلة للتحويل – المادة 18.
