Instrument Specialist

Key missions

Reporting to the Instrument & IAS Supervisor, your missions are as follow :

• Performing a wide range of technical tasks including, but not limited to installing, repairing, troubleshooting and calibration on a wide variety of Instrumentation such as pressure, temperature, flow, level transmitters, valves, SDVs and BDVs in oil & gas plants.
• Ensuring work compliance to the standards, tolerances, and fits, comply with HSE policies and procedures.
• Prepare PTW and other supporting documents as per job requirement.
• You should be able to work with limited supervision and provide work direction to company’s technicians. You also assist and mentor junior technicians.
• Issue relevant Certificates of Inspection for equipment Calibration as per Company Procedure and international standards.
• Perform Maintenance on the Instrumentation equipment under ATEX class as per norms and regulation.
• Review in store and MAXIMO instrumentation stock level of spare parts, highlight shortage, adjust Stock Parameters in case of discrepancies.

Shutdown Coordinator

Key missions

You will coordinate and execute with the Maintenance Planning Supervisor under the Company policies and Safety & Environment Standard, the following tasks, for SD/TAR of Sabratha Platform equipment:

• Ensure that all shutdown related activities have been accurately scoped, correctly resourced and that all required materials to address the activities are available to meet scheduled shutdown delivery commitments.
• Lead the offshore multi discipline team in shutdown preparation scope and delivery ensuring Company integrity processes, procedures and management of change are adhered to.
• Take ownership of shutdown preparations offshore activities as required, including site visits.
• Ensure that the onshore resource requirements are identified to fully develop the shutdown and support the offshore team during implementation.
• Conduct meetings with all onshore/offshore department heads and focal points for shutdown preparations, planning and development in accordance with success criteria.
• Maintain action tracking system with optimum flow of shutdown information to all parties concerned.
• Monitor and identify progress in shutdown planning and identify conflicts and/or clashes and implement corrective actions.
• Ensuring all onshore and offshore resource including manpower, materials, consumables etc. requirements for shutdown are planned and sourced in a timely manner to avoid any unwarranted delays.

• تنفيذ مجموعة واسعة من المهام الفنية بما في ذلك، على سبيل المثال لا الحصر، التثبيت والإصلاح واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها والمعايرة على مجموعة واسعة من الأجهزة مثل أجهزة قياس الضغط ودرجة الحرارة والتدفق وأجهزة إرسال المستوى والصمامات وأجهزة SDV وأجهزة BDV في مصانع النفط والغاز.
• ضمان امتثال العمل للمعايير والتسامحات والملاءمة، والامتثال لسياسات وإجراءات الصحة والسلامة والبيئة.
• إعداد إذن العمل والمستندات الداعمة الأخرى حسب متطلبات الوظيفة.

• مراجعة مستوى مخزون قطع الغيار في المتجر وأجهزة MAXIMO، وتسليط الضوء على النقص، وضبط معلمات المخزون في حالة وجود تناقضات.

منسق إغلاق

المهام الرئيسية

ستقوم بالتنسيق وتنفيذ المهام التالية مع مشرف تخطيط الصيانة بموجب سياسات الشركة ومعايير السلامة والبيئة، لمعدات منصة صبراتة وSD/TAR:

• تأكد من أن جميع الأنشطة المتعلقة بالإغلاق تم تحديد نطاقها بدقة، وتم توفير الموارد المناسبة لها، وأن جميع المواد المطلوبة لمعالجة الأنشطة متاحة لتلبية التزامات التسليم المقررة للإغلاق.
• قيادة الفريق متعدد التخصصات في الخارج في نطاق إعداد الإغلاق والتسليم وضمان الالتزام بعمليات سلامة الشركة وإجراءاتها وإدارة التغيير.
• تولي مسؤولية الاستعدادات لإغلاق الأنشطة البحرية حسب الحاجة، بما في ذلك زيارات الموقع.
• تأكد من تحديد متطلبات الموارد البرية لتطوير عملية الإغلاق بشكل كامل ودعم الفريق البحري أثناء التنفيذ.
• إجراء اجتماعات مع جميع رؤساء الأقسام البرية / البحرية ونقاط الاتصال للتحضير للإغلاق والتخطيط والتطوير وفقًا لمعايير النجاح.
• الحفاظ على نظام تتبع الإجراءات مع التدفق الأمثل لمعلومات الإغلاق إلى جميع الأطراف المعنية.
• مراقبة وتحديد التقدم المحرز في التخطيط للإغلاق وتحديد الصراعات و/أو الاشتباكات وتنفيذ الإجراءات التصحيحية.
• ضمان التخطيط وتوفير جميع الموارد البرية والبحرية بما في ذلك القوى العاملة والمواد والمواد الاستهلاكية وما إلى ذلك للإغلاق في الوقت المناسب لتجنب أي تأخيرات غير مبررة.
