The Customer Success Account Manager (CSAM) understands their customers’ industry and business processes, which may include an industry or vertical focus such as Banking, Healthcare, or Manufacturing. This role promotes the adoption of technology by helping the customer optimize the utilization of Microsoft products, demonstrating features beyond core functionality, and ensuring best practice adoption. You will be the primary point of contact for the customer in a post-sales production environment, proactively coordinating with other cross-functional teams or organizations inside the company.

Responsibilities
- Learn customer, partner, and internal stakeholder engagement models. Support foundational relationships with key customer stakeholders and technical professionals to enable quality solution delivery and health, using partnerships with other account team leaders and guidance from more experienced colleagues. Manage customer relationships beyond the current Unified Support contract owners with a focus on understanding business objectives and roadmaps.
- Learn how to identify, navigate, and communicate with key customer technical stakeholders at different levels. Guide and lead conversations to facilitate the achievement of customer business objectives by leveraging their investment in Microsoft. Map internal roles to customer priorities to act on customers’ needs. Develop key internal stakeholder relationships.
- Grow technical aptitude and industry awareness to translate customer interactions into business impact and value.
- Listen to conversations with customers and begin to align objectives with the current Microsoft portfolio of work in the customer account. Understand the organizational and customer success strategy, as well as Microsoft technology and services.
- Support the delivery of program planning and customer-facing program reviews, prioritizing engagements and engaging with key technical stakeholders to address agreed-upon customer outcomes and account priorities to deliver ongoing customer success.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business, Sociology, Psychology, Computer Science, or a related field with at least one quarter/semester remaining to complete after the internship.
- You must be legally authorized to work in Kuwait to be eligible for this role (legally authorized = has citizenship or has been granted a valid visa or work permit).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Passion for technology and customer obsession.
- Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills across senior leaders, partners, and customers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, analytical, and presentation skills in English.
