Job Advertisement: QC Inspector

We are looking for a skilled QC Inspector to join our team in Kuwait. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to project requirements, develop new methods when necessary, and perform inspections as needed. This role requires strong technical knowledge and a proactive approach to quality control in fabrication and inspection.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Ensure strict compliance with project requirements in the shop.
2. Follow job Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and Quality Plan (QP) requirements.
3. Establish and secure approval for new procedures and methods where necessary.
4. Suggest or develop new and improved fixtures.
5. Interpret and work with engineering structural drawings and erection drawings produced on AutoCAD and BOCAD.
6. Perform inspections as required or directed by the supervisor, including subcontractor work.
7. Report, issue, and close nonconformance reports.
8. Apply knowledge of MBMA and AISC tolerances effectively.

Minimum Experience & Essential Knowledge:

• At least 5 years in similar industries and fabrication inspection.

Minimum Entry Qualifications:

• Diploma in any discipline or BSc in Chemistry.

المسؤوليات الوظيفية:

3. إعداد واعتماد إجراءات وأساليب جديدة عند الضرورة.

5. قراءة وتفسير الرسومات الهيكلية الهندسية ورسومات الإنشاء المنتجة باستخدام AutoCAD وBOCAD.
6. إجراء عمليات التفتيش حسب الحاجة أو بتوجيه من المشرف، بما في ذلك الأعمال المتعاقدة من الباطن.
7. إعداد وإصدار وإغلاق تقارير عدم المطابقة.
8. تطبيق المعرفة بتحملات MBMA وAISC بشكل فعال.
