Director of Maintanence & Facilities

Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of the facilities management department, ensuring efficient and effective management of all resort and complex facilities. 
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. 
• Manage contractors and service providers, including negotiating and maintaining contracts. 
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and environmental regulations. 
• Monitor the maintenance of landscaping, public areas, and recreational facilities. 
• Review and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accuracy in maintenance and new project installations. 
• Ensure that facilities meet building codes, regulations, and project specifications. 
• Oversee capital improvement projects, including new construction, renovations, and retrofitting of facilities, ensuring all work complies with industry standards and local building regulations. 

Head Chef

Job Description

• Lead kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation, ensuring all dishes are prepared to the highest standards. 
• Develop and implement creative, seasonal menus that reflect current culinary trends while catering to the preferences of a diverse clientele. 
• Manage and mentor the kitchen team, providing training, guidance, and support to ensure a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Female candidate with a valid lifeguard certification (required). 
• Strong swimming and water rescue skills.

• Previous experience as a lifeguard is preferred but not mandatory. 
• Physically fit and attentive to detail. 
• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

مدير الصيانة والمرافق

المسمى الوظيفي

• الإشراف على العمليات اليومية لقسم إدارة المرافق، وضمان الإدارة الفعالة والناجعة لجميع مرافق المنتجع والمجمعات. 
• تطوير وتنفيذ برامج الصيانة الوقائية للأنظمة الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة. 
• إدارة المقاولين ومقدمي الخدمات، بما في ذلك التفاوض على العقود والحفاظ عليها. 
• ضمان الامتثال لجميع لوائح الصحة والسلامة والبيئة. 
• مراقبة صيانة المناظر الطبيعية والأماكن العامة والمرافق الترفيهية. 
• مراجعة وتفسير الرسومات والمخططات الهندسية لضمان الدقة في الصيانة وتركيبات المشاريع الجديدة. 
• تأكد من أن المرافق تلبي معايير البناء واللوائح ومواصفات المشروع.

المؤهلات

• مرشحة حاصلة على شهادة منقذة صالحة (مطلوب). 
• مهارات قوية في السباحة والإنقاذ المائي. 
• معرفة الإنعاش القلبي الرئوي والإسعافات الأولية وإجراءات الاستجابة للطوارئ. 
• يفضل أن تكون لديك خبرة سابقة كمنقذ ولكن ليس إلزاميا. 
• لائق بدنيا و مهتم بالتفاصيل. 
• إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية؛ ومعرفة اللغة العربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
