- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in a pre-sales engineering role, preferably in cloud and data center infrastructure solutions.
- In-depth knowledge of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and data center infrastructure (e.g., servers, storage, backup, virtualization).
- Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Proven experience in designing and architecting cloud and data center solutions that meet customer needs.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales, engineering, and customer teams.
