Social Media and Content Creator Manager
Job Description
- Proficient in Adobe tools (AI/PSD) and graphic content creation.
- Develop and manage social media campaigns, including post creation and video production.
- Engage with customers and followers to boost interaction.
- Monitor campaign performance and analyze data for insights.
- Build relationships with social media influencers to expand the network.
- Create content or delegate tasks to content developers.
- Stay updated on social media trends and implement best practices.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including senior management and content teams.
- Craft and implement social media strategies.
- Demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Create engaging and innovative content.
- Maintain organizational efficiency and multitasking abilities.
- Experience as both a copywriter and content manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Adobe and social media graphic video content creation.
- Proven track record in developing social media campaigns and managing platforms like Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and Snapchat.
- Willingness to commute or relocate to Al Shuwaikh before starting work.

- التفاعل مع العملاء والمتابعين لتعزيز المشاركة.
- مراقبة أداء الحملات وتحليل البيانات للحصول على رؤى.
- بناء علاقات مع المؤثرين على وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي لتوسيع الشبكة.
- إنشاء المحتوى أو تفويض المهام لمطوري المحتوى.
- البقاء على اطلاع على اتجاهات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي وتطبيق أفضل الممارسات.
- التواصل الفعّال مع أصحاب المصلحة، بما في ذلك الإدارة العليا وفرق المحتوى.
- تصميم وتنفيذ استراتيجيات وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
- امتلاك مهارات كتابة وتواصل قوية باللغتين العربية والإنجليزية.
- إنشاء محتوى مبتكر وجذاب.
- الحفاظ على الكفاءة التنظيمية والقدرة على أداء مهام متعددة.
- خبرة ككاتب محتوى ومدير محتوى.
المتطلبات
- درجة البكالوريوس (يفضل).
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في إنشاء المحتوى الجرافيكي والفيديو عبر وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي باستخدام Adobe.
- سجل مثبت في تطوير الحملات وإدارة منصات مثل إنستغرام، فيسبوك، تيك توك، وسناب شات.
- الاستعداد للتنقل أو الانتقال إلى الشويخ قبل بدء العمل.
