Responsibilities:
- Manage and respond to emails in a professional manner.
- Generate and send quotes, PO’s, Invoices, Reports to clients based on provided guidelines.
- Assist in creating purchase orders and maintaining records.
- Basic accounting tasks such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or relevant role.
- Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus.
