ICT – Senior Technical Manager

Director – Investments
Job Responsibilities:
- Proactively explore opportunities for the company’s future and existing investments through attending conferences and events to meet industry personal and enhance the deal pipeline as well as maintaining existing relationships.
- Periodic meetings with portfolio companies to review and monitor overall company performance and present periodic reports.
- Leading the investment department team and assessing the performance of the individuals in order to enhance the efficiency and team effectiveness.
- Supervise the preparation of the fact sheet, concept paper, investment memorandum and recommended action.
- Risk assessment and control Plan investment focus, objectives and action plans.
- Coordinate with all related parties (target company, finance, legal, etc) to ensure deal execution.
General Conditions:
- Solid understanding of deal structuring and VC/PE term sheets and due diligence process.
- Demonstrate strong competencies in understanding of ICT sector, space, and updated with market trend and regional transactions.
- Excellent analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills are necessary.
