Wakalah Automotive Co. WLL is looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to join their team in Kuwait. The Sales Executive will play a critical role in identifying potential customers, generating leads, and converting these opportunities into successful sales. This role requires strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, as well as a solid understanding of the automotive industry.

• Identify and generate new leads to expand the customer base.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.
• Negotiate deals and close sales effectively.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients.
• Conduct market research and stay up-to-date with industry trends to provide insightful information to customers.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

• Proven experience in sales or business development.
• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and goals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Fluency in both English and Arabic.
• Transferable residence (Visa #18).
• Valid Kuwait Driving License.

تبحث شركة وكالة السيارات ذ.م.م عن تنفيذي مبيعات ديناميكي للانضمام إلى فريقها في الكويت. سيكون تنفيذي المبيعات مسؤولًا عن تحديد العملاء المحتملين وتوليد العملاء المحتملين وتحويل هذه الفرص إلى مبيعات ناجحة. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة مهارات تواصل وتفاوض قوية بالإضافة إلى فهم جيد لصناعة السيارات.

• تحديد وتوليد عملاء جدد لتوسيع قاعدة العملاء.
• تطوير وتقديم عروض مبيعات مقنعة للعملاء المحتملين.
• التفاوض على الصفقات وإتمام المبيعات بفعالية.
• الحفاظ على العلاقات مع العملاء الحاليين.
• إجراء أبحاث السوق والبقاء على اطلاع بأحدث اتجاهات الصناعة لتقديم معلومات ورؤى للعملاء.
• تحقيق وتجاوز أهداف المبيعات.

• خبرة مثبتة في المبيعات أو تطوير الأعمال.
• سجل حافل بتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.
• مهارات تواصل وتفاوض ممتازة.
• القدرة على التحليل وحل المشكلات.
• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
• معرفة بصناعة السيارات تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
• درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال، التسويق أو مجال ذي صلة.
• الطلاقة في اللغتين الإنجليزية والعربية.
• إقامة قابلة للتحويل (تأشيرة رقم 18).
• رخصة قيادة كويتية سارية.
