About the Job
Job Objective:
To manage the setup of new retail stores or the renovation of existing ones in alignment with the company’s standards and specifications, ensuring timely completion with the highest quality.
Planning and Coordination:
- Develop detailed action plans for new store setups or renovations.
- Coordinate with relevant departments (e.g., Design, Procurement, Maintenance) to ensure availability of materials and equipment.
- Create and track detailed timelines for each project phase.
Supervision and Execution:
- Oversee the interior and exterior setup processes, including flooring, lighting, shelving, décor, and other fixtures.
Quality Assurance:
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and local safety regulations.
- Verify project completion against approved designs and identify any required adjustments.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Prepare progress reports and escalate any issues or delays to supervisors.
- Document all stages of the project with photos and required documentation.
