- The Auto Sales Expert is responsible for all day to day activities of instant cash offer and is responsible to ensure an enjoyable customer journey from online valuation to sale of their motor. Providing excellent customer service, insightful motor information to close deals.
- The main responsibility of the role is to ensure all customer needs are intended to, providing thorough feedback on the vehicle valuation, handling all vehicle inspection reports, communicating with traders, and ensuring a smooth sale process for the customer by providing them with the cash and vehicle transfer requirements.
- ● Assists customers in selling their vehicles at the best price possible
- ● Provides thorough explanation of online motor valuation to customer
- ● Contact point for customer throughout the sale process and ensures vehicle inspection report is issued and uploaded on platform
- ● Ensures all necessary documents are secured for the sale of the motor for the customer and trader
- ● Handles all necessary documentation of motor transfer from client to trader
- ● Handling and attending to any inquiries from customers, traders, and vehicle inspection centers
- ● Maintains a positive, ongoing, and professional attitude towards customers, traders, and vehicle inspection centers at all times
- ● Provides customer with all information required to buy their vehicle
- ● Coordinates with third party vehicle inspectors for all vehicle inspections
- ● Achieves budgeted Volume and Gross Margin targets
- ● Provide excellent customer service values to customers
- ● Strong sales experience, preferably in the Automotive Industry.
- ● Attention to detail to ensure quality inspections.
- ● Team-player.
- ● Arabic-speaker preferred
- ● Results-driven individual who is a problem solver and great at communicating.
- ● Target-oriented and persuasive, with a good understanding of cars and passionate about the industry.
- ● Having comprehensive knowledge and understanding of different automobiles, their features and characteristics, such as engine size, mileage, gas usability, and colors, quick comparing and contrasting of different competitive models and examining cars.
- ● Between KWD400 up to KWD450 according to the experience,
- ● Commission scheme.
