  • We are currently seeking a skilled and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR cum Admin and accountant.

Responsibilities for HR cum Admin:

  • Assist in recruitment activities, including job postings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
  • Handle employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
  • Assist in payroll processing and timekeeping activities.
  • Manage administrative tasks such as office supplies inventory, mail distribution, and facilities maintenance.
  • Support managers and employees with HR-related issues and concerns.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • • Bachelor”s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • • 2-3 years of experience in HR and administrative roles.
  • • Solid understanding of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
  • • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • • Assist in managing accounts payable and receivable.
  • • Process invoices, payments, and expense reports accurately and efficiently.
  • • Perform reconciliations of bank statements and ledgers.
  • • Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • • Maintain accurate financial records and ensure data integrity.
  • • Assist in preparing financial reports and statements.
  • • Handle queries related to accounting transactions and processes.
  • • Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
  • • Bachelor”s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • • 2-3 years of experience in accounting roles.
  • • Solid understanding of accounting principles and financial procedures.
  • • Proficiency in accounting software.
  • • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
