- Job Summary: We are looking for a seasoned Directing Manager with 3-5 years of experience in managing the whole company and brands. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, optimizing processes, and achieving business growth. As the Directing Manager, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our central kitchen brands, ensuring high standards of quality, efficiency, and profitability.
- Oversee the daily operations of the central kitchen, ensuring efficient production, quality control, and timely delivery of products.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to drive growth and profitability for all central kitchen brands.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of kitchen staff, managers, and support personnel.
- Monitor and manage budgets, costs, and financial performance to meet business objectives.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, food safety standards, and company policies.
- Manage the marketing, sales, and other departments to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.
- Continuously evaluate and improve production processes, workflows, and systems for optimal efficiency.
- Foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the central kitchen.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends, customer feedback, and performance data to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff, including servers, kitchen staff, and support personnel.
- Create staff schedules, ensuring adequate coverage for peak and off-peak hours.

Qualifications:
