  • An Office Administrator oversees operations across their organization’s office, maintaining efficiency, compliance with company policies, and supporting the overall functioning of the office. 
  • Below are the key responsibilities and qualifications for this role:

Coordinate Office Activities:

  • Ensure smooth office operations by coordinating activities and maintaining efficiency.
  • Implement and adhere to company policies.

Manage Administrative Tasks:

  • Handle phone calls, emails, letters, and packages. Sceduling the courses. Arrangements of documentation prior, during, and after courses. Coordination with different facilities.
  • Assist upper management with agendas, training arrangements and appointments.
  • Handling quotations, follow up with clientele. 

Monitor Office Supplies:

  • Keep track of office supplies and reorder when necessary to avoid interruptions.

Prepare Reports and Presentations:

  • Submit timely reports and create presentations or proposals as assigned.
  • Experience: Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or in a relevant role. problem-solving skills. Team Spirit.
  • Communication: Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities. communication can be conducted through phone, visits, emails. should be able to handle different social media platforms. 
  • Organization: Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
  • Familiarity: Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles.
  • Software Proficiency: Excellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software (ERP, etc)
  • Bi-Langual: Arabic and English, both writing and speaking. 
  • Should be responsible for commuting. 
  • working hours 10am-1pm & 4pm-9pm
