- Design and implement user-friendly and responsive frontend interfaces using modern web technologies.

- Demonstrate expert knowledge of their discipline
- Remain flexible & put customer needs first
- Accurately estimate time to complete projects given structure of team and deliver on those estimates
- Allocate people within a team to maximize output of useful and team-goal-focused engineering work
- Monitor performance of engineers on team, and partner with engineering managers on mentoring and growth
- Look for ways to reduce distractions, interruptions, and unplanned work for themselves and others
- Challenge their team to demonstrate greater sense of urgency
- Be active in the technology community, positively contribute to CoachHub’s reputation, and find great candidates to grow the CoachHub team
- Ensure code/design/architecture reviews happen on teams and that work follows established best practices and standards
- Design, build, and deploy machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems.
- Perform data exploration, cleaning, and preprocessing to prepare datasets for model training.
- Train and optimize machine learning models, ensuring high performance and scalability.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in machine learning and AI, and apply innovative techniques to improve existing models and processes.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of deployed models, making necessary adjustments and improvements.
- Work closely with data analysts, data product managers and other stakeholders to understand and address their data requirements.
- You have at least 5 years of HR and/or Learning and Development consulting role, internal Learning and Development role, internal HR role focused on Talent Management, or Solutions Consulting role
- Experience leading consultations and engagement with senior level stakeholders across a range of industries
- Are curious and create strong partnerships with internal and external partners, including executive level.
- Masters Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development or equivalent programs
- You have experience delivering presentations to various Stakeholders incl. executive level

- A sales account executive with 7+ years’ experience within sales; 3-5 years within enterprise, with experience managing and closing complex deals, of over €150K with speed.

- Ideally, experience in selling a SaaS platform, and experience within the Tech sector.

- You are organised and disciplined with salesforce, and pipeline management with clear notes, and date bound next steps.

- A willingness to travel within UK/I for client and team meetings (up to 20%)

- Acting as the first point of escalation for customer queries or concerns, via email, outbound video call and chat
- Collaborate with Customer Success and Coach Relations to help resolve customer queries
- Providing progress updates on existing tickets
- Investigating and responding to customer issues and high impact incidents
- Proactively contacting Coachees and Coaches to offer support
- Assess customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Contribute to department efficiency by proposing improvements to existing processes
