- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field. Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP, GRP) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in compensation and benefits, with a track record of developing and implementing successful reward strategies.
- Strong understanding of compensation and benefits principles, practices, and regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively.
- Strong excel/sheets skills – able to manipulate and organise data quickly and effectively

- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
- You have at least 5 years of HR and/or Learning and Development consulting role, internal Learning and Development role, internal HR role focused on Talent Management, or Solutions Consulting role
- Experience leading consultations and engagement with senior level stakeholders across a range of industries
- Are curious and create strong partnerships with internal and external partners, including executive level.
- Masters Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Organizational Development or equivalent programs
- You have experience delivering presentations to various Stakeholders incl. executive level
- Fluent in German (native) and English
Preferred Qualifications
- You are a certified Coach
- Additional languages is advantageous
- Experienced People Analytics practitioner
- You are able to travel up to 20% of your work time.
- Plan and develop exciting new features for our users
- Take part in the architectural design of our platform
- Maintain and improve our code base
- Author and review PRs using Github

Tasks And Responsibilities
- Research of contact persons & decision makers in the company
- Contacting potential new customers via email, social media and by telephone
- You act at eye level with all decision-makers and thus ensure the successful start of a long-term partnership
- Development of long-term customer relationships through strategic planning and trusting cooperation
- You manage and accelerate the operational rhythm and outbound energy of a high performance team of very experienced AE’s. Your “morning energy” is something that you bring regardless of time, to every meeting.
- You maintain tight operational rigor around outbound, pipeline, forecast, and overall operations identifying where improvements can be made and developing sales plans and strategies to achieve sales goals. You sometimes have to stop yourself from geeking out in excel or SFDC analyzing your team’s performance.
- You know recruiting is an art and science, and have a track record of hiring best in class senior account executives and driving evolution training programs based upon current market insights. Your recruiting war stories are legendary.
- You have spent your career cultivating a fantastic network, and your first hiring motion is to tap into that network.
- You relentlessly manage monthly, quarterly and annual sales goals and are a high energy motivator while setting an aggressive pace daily and weekly.
- You passionately monitor the market and competitive landscape – because you are across the market, you have a knack for connecting disparate data points to find insights we can use to sell.
- Your team’s most critical accounts are also those that you have developed relationships with to help navigate sales cycles – you are seen as a world class seller by your team, so have to prioritize your involvement continuously and uplevel your team so they don’t always need you
- You are always prospecting, in downtime, in uptime, on the road, on LinkedIn, and side by side with your team. You are fundamentally a hunter.
- You represent CoachHub at fairs and events, you act as a speaker and thought leader, and are the first person to say hello.
- You typically set the standard, then demonstrate the standard, and then hold your team accountable. This is why they love working for you
- Own your territory of accounts, working closely with your SDR(mentoring and growing them), you will drive interest and adoption in the product. You will close pilots and drive the sales process through to ACV and multi year deals of 6-7 figure deals.
- Work closely with internal partners, and be creative to help drive the resources and insight needed to support engagement from our clients.
- Execute on all sales activities and KPIS: calls, social engagement, web demos, on-site F2F appointments, negotiations, and presentations to advance prospects through the sales cycle.
- Support your existing clients as a consultant and deliver exemplary customer service alongside your CS representative.
- Attend industry events to strengthen your network and represent our company.
- Accurate management of all customer interactions and including overall pipeline, forecasting, and opportunity management.
- Delivering on pipeline, and revenue targets QoQ and being operationally efficient using Salesforce and Clari to maintain quality of business.
