- As a Branch Manager Automotive Dealership with 3-5 years of experience
Main responsibilities are:
- Oversee daily sales operations, monitor inventory, manage customer relationships, and ensure smooth workflow in the dealership.
- Lead and motivate the sales team, set sales targets, provide guidance and training, and conduct performance reviews.
- Manage budgets, analyze financial data, control expenses, and implement strategies to maximize profitability.
- Ensure excellent customer experience, address customer concerns, handle escalations, and maintain strong relationships with clients and vendors.
- – Extensive knowledge and experience in the automotive industry, including understanding market trends, product offerings, and customer preferences.
