  • Fleet: Assisting in recruiting quality drivers into the fleet, maintaining detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection, and scheduling regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency, among other duties. It is one of the most important roles when it comes to maintaining the performance of vehicles, managing drivers, cutting costs, complying with laws, and promoting the efficiency and profitability of any fleet. Moreover, requiring excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Quality: Responsible for improving key parameters of rider quality in the market by developing a quality framework and maintaining rider’s appearance, hygiene, and grooming to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Responsible for service providers related to the fleet department
  • Maintaining good relationships with service providers.
  • Responsible for vehicle maintenance, regulatory compliance, relationship management, as well as personnel records. 
  • Keep track and monitor detailed records of vehicle servicing and inspection.
  • Keep track and monitor the scheduling of regular vehicle maintenance to ensure operational efficiency, in addition to GPS tracking
  • Improve rider quality – appearance, and hygiene. Ensure that the riders are compliant at all times.
  • Streamline the quality tPatrollers roles and responsibilities.
  • Set targets and parameters to measure the tPatrollers performance.
  • Quality and audit to verify the compliance of the department – visiting vendors periodically to verify riders’ compliance.
  • Support country operation teams, sales, marketing, and other departmental ad-hoc tasks
  • Conduct meetings regularly with team leaders and tPatrollers to help consistency in teamwork.
  • Degree in Management, Transportation Industry
  • 5+ years experience in the Transportation Industry & Management 
  • Ability to communicate complex problems and recommend solutions

  • Coordinate rider roster with proper allocation of shifts/breaks/off-days etc
  • Coordinate rider onboarding and training schedule with the Rider Trainer and Rider Supervisor
  • Coordinate with riders to solve customer or vendor-related issues
  • Track order-related issues and find out if the issue happened from the Logistics side or the vendors’ end
  • Work with other functions in Operations to identify and resolve issues
  • Provide support in any additional tasks requested by the department manager
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in a cross-cultural setting. Arabic and English language fluency is required
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time with cross-functional teams
  • Understanding of different areas/locations in Kuwait
