- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments for sales related matters (Marketing, Operations and Finance department)
- Act as a first point of contact and respond quickly for partner restaurant queries or complaints, calls and emails if the Sales Representatives are not available and delegate the task to the appropriate Sales Representatives
- Upload and update restaurant information online and in a timely manner
- Responsible for setting up and configuring the system for new partners and trainings and system issues from the vendor/partner side
- Update and monitor the closed restaurants
- Collection and documentation of restaurant contracts and amendments, filling of restaurant contracts, and other sales related data
- Prepare contract delivery and pick up report on periodic basis
- Manage quality account of the restaurant, ensuring continuous partner relationships and resolve operations issues between partner restaurants, users/partner restaurants and users
- Prepare reports for partner restaurants on transmission methods, assist in programming and replacing GPRS printers and train restaurant/call center personnel on how to use transmission system (GPRS, Pigeon software)
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities including:
- Follow-up activities
- Transmission methods reports
- Contract delivery and pickup report: Acknowledgment of the
- contract receiving and delivering for new restaurant
- Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field
- MS Office, Excel Certification
- In-depth knowledge of food industry
- Knowledge of CRM
- Presentation, Interpersonal, Communication (written and verbal), Customer Service, Problem Solving and Negotiation Skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working
- Ability to build good relationship with clients
- Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to business performance. Use statistical techniques and predictive modeling to develop strategic insights and recommendations.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and develop recommendations to improve business performance. Develop dashboards and reports to monitor KPIs, identify trends and areas for improvement, and develop recommendations to achieve business goals.
- Develop, manage & monitor project scope, timelines and objectives; coordinate internal resources for successful execution & effectively communicate expectations across functions and to all relevant stakeholders
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscapes, and customer insights to identify opportunities and develop tactics to optimize talabat’s product offerings..
- Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business decisions and provide analytical support for special projects as required.
- Analyze and measure the growth of our subscription business, with a particular focus on financial performance/ P&L. Utilize data analytics and customer insights to enhance our product & increase retention rates. Work with other functions to develop forecasts for customer acquisition, churn, contribution, and profitability
- Prepare and deliver clear and concise presentations, reports, and dashboards for senior management. Develop visually appealing and easy-to-understand presentations to communicate complex information.
- Bachelor’s Degree within Business Administration or any other related field
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience within Sales
- Negotiation Skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and be flexible in working
- Fluent in both languages Arabic and English
- Communication skills (Written and Verbal)
- Excel Skills
