- Conduct training sessions with new onboarded riders and staff in areas such as Rider experience, quality, health & Safety, Rider’s engagement, equipment, and riders’ applications.
- Conduct “train the trainer” courses for staff to improve training quality.
- Establishing and enforcing rules, regulations, policies, and procedures related rider trainings and experience
- Assisting in disputes or conflicts with 3PL’s Supervisors to help them reach a resolution or peacefully resolve the situation.
- Conducting performance evaluations and providing feedback to team for them to grow.
- Coaching associate trainers in areas such as conflict resolution, de-escalation techniques, communication, company policing, and cultural awareness.
- Conducting research on new technologies to improve training efficiency and rider quality in the market.
- Documenting all training activities and follow up on trainees to ensure they are working properly; retrain in case they have any issue.
- Assessing the effectiveness of training through testing, review of results & trainee feedback
- Ensures & improves quality of riders (behaviour, appearance, and quality)

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any other related field.
- 1-3 Years of full-time experience as a Training Specialist or professional (not necessarily driver training)
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- Proficient in Google Suite tools like GDoc, GSheet, GSlides, GForms, etc
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. English and Arabic language proficiency is mandatory.
- Influencer and a negotiator with good public speaking and presentation skills

- The Talabat Communications, Public Affairs and Corporate Responsibility team has an exciting opportunity for a creative, passionate and savvy Communications, Public Affairs and Corporate Responsibility professional.
- As the Sr. Communications Specialist for Kuwait, you will play a key role in the way we shape, create and develop our Communications, PA & CR efforts in Kuwait, working closely with the Regional Communications, PA & CR team as well as the local Kuwait Team, and reporting directly into the Head of Communications, PA & CSR. .
- Supporting the Head of Communications, PA & CSR to develop and execute local Communications, PA & CR plans in conjunction with the regional team.
- Identifying and leveraging newsworthy opportunities for positive media coverage for our company – editorial and pictorial – on an ongoing basis.
- Understanding the significant role that public affairs plays in our industry, and implementing a local strategy with the help of the wider regional and local team.
- Working with the regional corporate responsibility team to really drive, develop and execute on local community initiatives in Kuwait.

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in either Communications and/or Public Affairs, with exposure to Communications and/or Public Affairs and Corporate Responsibility.
- Ideally having both agency experience and/or dynamic in-house exposure.
- Qualifications and or Experience in Journalism, Public Affairs or Communications, with working knowledge of PA & CR.
- Must be bilingual in both English and Arabic.
- Results driven – proven track-record of impactful Communications/PA/CR campaigns.
- Creativity! Happy to be hands-on in idea creation, passionate about ideas, words, and design.

- Work closely with the assigned 3PL accounts
- Communicate daily with the assigned 3PLs for riders’ performance and work closely with the 3PL supervisors to improve the performance of the riders
- Highlight the poor-performing riders to the assigned 3PL supervisor
- Ensure proper training is given periodically to the assigned 3PLs’ riders. Work closely with the 3PL supervisor to participate in the training process.
- Distribute the tasks to Team Leads & fleet coordinators and follow up on progress.
- Report any difficulties the 3PLs are facing that prevent them from performing well.
- Support the City Manager in improving the city/zone performance by communicating with the riders, supervisors, or owners of the assigned 3PLs.
- Review the quality surveys and communicate with the 3PLs for rider compliance.
- Keep a training record and work closely with the training team to provide refresher training with up-to-date training materials.
- Any other tasks as requested by the line manager.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or any other related field
- 2-4 Years of full-time experience in managing/supervising a team
- Flexibility and ability to work under pressure
- KPI’s and result-focused
- Excellent communication skills – fluent in Arabic and English language
- Previous training experience is a plus
