• c. To make a daily, weekly and monthly report about the station such as (receiving – sales – reading pumps and writing this down at the records of station – using the existing computers at the station).
• d. To audit the received quantities, sales, inventory, oil stock and conform them with the records of station thus via stocktaking through work shift and writing this down at log book.
• e. To receive in person the load of tankers coming to the station after making sure of the kind of the product and unloading it in the tanks according to kind of product then making sure of completion unloading process completely thus applying the procedures of receiving and unloading tankers.

• f. To follow up the case of equipment, building and make the required reports of maintenance in case of disorders according to request of the Monitor observer of the station.
• g. To make sure of health, safety and environment instructions and make sure of the validity of fire extinguishers.
• h. To receive the tankers of fresh water and issue a voucher of it.
• i. To perform any other works that may be requested by it and may have a relation with its job.
• j. To know how to operate the existing electric generator at the station in case of losing electric power by the ministry, operate the generator periodically to make sure of its validity to guarantee continuation of providing services to audience and filling the generator of diesel upon need.
• k. Follow-up and delivery of the cash amounts and the sale on the account to the undertaker to collect cash from the station according to the company’s instructions.
• l. To operate the devices and equipment that the company provides at the stations this related to sale by magnetic card or any devices used at station.
• m. In addition to the tasks and duties assigned to the station supervisor, it must be aware of the tasks of corporate of a treasury whereas it shall be assigned to perform these tasks.
• n. To work at self-service or full service stations.
• o. To fill work permits related to maintenance or any other forms approved by the company.
• p. To make sure of commitment to conditions and rules of health, safety and environment, know how to use fire extinguishers upon necessity, contribute to combating any oil spill or overflow inside the station, inform of the accidents and make the reports related to them.

• q. To insert data related to requesting maintenance to (MAXIMO) system and any other system require this.
• r. To review police stations to follow up the procedures of accidents cases which fall at petrol stations and automatic washing.
• s. To be responsible for application of (HSE) system related to health, safety and environment system which approved by the company and (HSEQ) afflicted to the inspection entity of the company.
• t. Application of the functional tasks is made according to operative guide at petrol station.
• u. To be committed to the tasks that must be available according to the conditions of international certificates that the company obtained or those which it wants to obtain.
• v. To be committed to the procedures related to change of prices for the various
• Petroleum products.

Qualification:

• Candidate for this job to be an East Asian national of non-prohibited countries, hold a secondary school certificate, able to make the simple mental account for calculating the clients, and have good knowledge of Arabic or English, and he must pass the test and the interview from the Client.

• The fuel seller supplies the clients with fuel at all petrol stations and help the old and the seeker for service to fuel their vehicles whereas it deals with them in a good and respectable way without argument, as it is recommended to help the clients to flow air and water out in the station and to follow up the defined work method by the company as follows:-
• a.The monitor of the location (the authorized by the company) upon commencement of working hours to read the pumps meters that it would work on them as it shall be recorded at a special form and the seller shall make sure of reading before selling.
• b.Upon arrival the clients’ cars to the island, the seller shall make sure of the client via the kind of the required fq2uel to be supplied with and the required quantity in addition to making sure of zero adjustment, it shall follow up opening the cover of car fuel tank of the client to put the fuel hose at the hole of car tank and start to operate the pump until supplying with the required quantity, after finalization of supply process it shall return the hose of the pump to its place and close the cover of car tank of the client tightly, eventually to obtain the value of the recoded sold on the pump by cash or cards of sale for the account issued by the company or any other certified way by the company.

• c.Through work shift or upon finalization a second reading for the meter which the seller worked on to show the produce of sale through shift, whereas the cash sales and the sales for the account shall be counted, in case of conformity of the account, the fuel seller shall sign on the same form and vouchers of sale for the account. The seller have to make sure of that the cards are fulfilled to the formal conditions in case of sale for the account, as it has to review the monitor of the location in case of suspicion of any card for sale for the account.
• d.The fuel seller shall be responsible for cleaning the surrounded area to the island that it works on and maintain to apply health, safety and environment instructions during shift hours and contribute to extinguishing fire upon falling.
• e.Not to open the station without existing of the monitor and informing of this in case of occurrence.
• f.To inform the Station observer in case one of the clients was not committed to stopping the car engine or violation of the provided safety instructions by the company.

• g.To know how to operate the existing electric generator at the station in case of losing electric power by the ministry, operate the generator periodically to make sure of its validity and filling the generator of diesel.
• h.To help the Station observer in case of existing of products leakage, working on handling this leakage and collecting the residual materials.
• i.To make sure of commitment to conditions and rules of health, safety and environment, know how to use fire extinguishers upon necessity, contribute to combating any oil spill or overflow inside the station, inform of the accidents and make the reports related to them.

• Candidate must hold secondary school qualification or the equivalent, have an experience in this field that shall be not less than five years, and have a good knowledge of Arabic or English and pass the personal interview from the Client.
