As a Regulatory Specialist, you’ll ensure our products meet rigorous European regulatory standards, drawing on your knowledge in chemical compliance and your experience with regulatory authorities.
About the Role
We’re looking for a proactive regulatory professional with a strong background in the chemical industry and hands-on experience with regulatory bodies. In this role, you will lead compliance projects and oversee EU product authorizations, acting as the primary point of contact for inspections while supporting both internal and external partners to maintain compliance from development to market entry.
What You’ll Do
- Lead Product Registrations: Prepare and submit regulatory documentation for chemical and biocidal products (e.g., disinfectants, preservatives), working closely with authorities to ensure European compliance.
- Dossier Building: Conduct regulatory assessments, prepare technical dossiers in collaboration with the R&D team, and manage external consultants to fulfill compliance requirements.
- Liaise with Regulatory Bodies: Coordinate interactions with inspectors, government agencies, and industry authorities to secure approvals, answer inquiries, and facilitate inspections.
- Coordinate Compliance Processes: Work cross-functionally with R&D and marketing teams to align regulatory strategies with business objectives and product innovation.
- Monitor Regulatory Landscape: Stay informed of regulatory changes, assess potential impacts, and provide strategic insights to support compliance for current and future products.
Who You Are
- Experienced in Regulatory Submissions: Extensive experience managing regulatory filings and communicating with authorities, with a hands-on approach to preparing and submitting compliance dossiers.
- Chemical Regulatory Expert: Master’s degree and significant regulatory experience in the chemical industry, or an advanced degree with in-depth EU compliance expertise. Familiarity with BPR Regulation (EU) 528/2012 is a strong advantage.
- Collaborative & Solutions-Oriented: Skilled at working across teams and engaging with external consultants to ensure alignment.
- Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Known for your meticulous approach, you proactively address challenges and present effective solutions.

نبحث عن محترف تنظيمي ذو خبرة واسعة في مجال الكيمياء والتعامل مع الهيئات التنظيمية. ستدير في هذا الدور مشاريع الامتثال، وتعمل على تفويض المنتجات في الاتحاد الأوروبي، وستكون نقطة الاتصال الرئيسية خلال عمليات التفتيش، لتقديم الدعم اللازم للحفاظ على الامتثال منذ التطوير وحتى دخول السوق.
المهام الوظيفية
- قيادة تسجيل المنتجات: إعداد وتقديم الوثائق التنظيمية للمنتجات الكيميائية والمنتجات الحيوية (مثل المطهرات والمواد الحافظة) والتأكد من الامتثال لمعايير أوروبا.
- بناء الملفات التقنية: إجراء تقييمات تنظيمية، إعداد الملفات التقنية بالتعاون مع فريق البحث والتطوير، وإدارة الاستشاريين الخارجيين عند الحاجة.
- التواصل مع الهيئات التنظيمية: إدارة التفاعلات مع المفتشين والهيئات الحكومية لتسهيل الموافقات وعمليات التفتيش.
- تنسيق عمليات الامتثال: العمل بشكل تعاوني مع فرق البحث والتطوير والتسويق لمواءمة استراتيجيات التنظيم مع أهداف العمل.
- متابعة البيئة التنظيمية: البقاء على اطلاع على التحديثات التنظيمية، وتقديم الرؤى الاستراتيجية لدعم الامتثال.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- خبرة في التقديمات التنظيمية: إدارة ملفات تنظيمية والتواصل مع الهيئات، وتقديم الملفات بدقة.
- خبير في التنظيم الكيميائي: درجة الماجستير وخبرة واسعة في تنظيم الصناعة الكيميائية، ويفضل خبرة في لائحة المنتجات الحيوية (BPR Regulation (EU) 528/2012).
- تعاوني وذو توجه لحل المشكلات: القدرة على التواصل والعمل الجماعي مع الفرق الداخلية والاستشاريين الخارجيين.
- استباقي ودقيق: معروف بدقة العمل، وقادر على تقديم الحلول المناسبة بشكل استباقي.
