Your Role
As an
M-Files / SimplerQMS Support Specialist, you will:
Deliver Exceptional Customer Support:
- Act as the first point of contact for customer technical issues, providing timely and professional responses.
- Ensure all inquiries are followed up and resolved, maintaining high customer satisfaction and fostering strong relationships.
Lead Technical Integrations:
- Oversee customer integrations with
Azure Active Directory and SimplerQMS, ensuring seamless implementation. - Provide troubleshooting and expert support, including occasional assistance during US business hours.
Mentor and Empower:
- Train colleagues in
M-Files and SimplerQMS functionality, enabling them to solve technical challenges independently. - Share your expertise through knowledge base articles and workshops.
Manage Data Migration:
- Lead data migration projects for new customers, ensuring accuracy and smooth transitions.
- Use your Excel expertise to analyze, prepare, and manage datasets effectively.
Drive Improvements:
- Identify inefficiencies in workflows and propose solutions for improvement.
- Contribute insights to enhance the
SimplerQMS functionality.
Your Skills and Experience
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Expertise in
M-Files and Azure AD integration and troubleshooting in M-Files. - Knowledge of
M-Files architecture and admin tools. - Experience in
SaaS, technical support, or customer success roles. - Strong
Excel skills with a logical approach to data management. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive mindset.
- Proven track record in mentoring and simplifying technical concepts.
- Excellent
English communication skills (both written and verbal). - Availability to support
US time zones when needed.
