- To provide with the supply of goods needed to deliver the right materials, at the right time and at the lowest cost of ownership in order to satisfy current and future business demands
- Provide business excellence, collaborate with and provide consultation to management of the country to support the reduction of total cost of ownership and gain of competitive advantage through class leading delivery of products to customers.
- Develop and implement specific purchasing solutions and establish appropriate tools to enable to achieve ‘On Time, in Full’ delivery.
- Develop, maintain and issue guidance for purchasing in order to enable accurate forecasting of raw materials and finished goods.
- Responsible for management, performance, development and continuous improvement of the purchasing department to support the specific needs of the countries supply of goods.
- Responsible for optimizing purchasing to provide delivered goods when and where demanded at optimal efficiency and effectiveness across the whole GCC
- Monitor efficiency, effectiveness and success of the purchasing activities using adequate controlling tools.
- Report purchasing specific KPI’s to higher management
- Support and ensure performance of procurement operations within the ISO 9001/14001 and OHAS 18001 systems.
- Identify or adopt and implement strategic, tactical and operational changes for best efficiency and effectiveness, ensuring buy-in of the organization.
- Facilitate, support or take role in operations activities on country and regional level in Regional Procurement operations or by supporting Operations Leadership Teams.
- Collaborate with business in order to analyze actual and future needs for goods and services to be provided in order to develop actual or long term strategies within the Operations Team.
- Provide the company management team with advice on import/export legislation and anticipated new regulations and guidelines in order to be well prepared in advance to take adequate action.
- Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management and Environmental Health & Safety Management Systems.
- Operating per Country level, perform all strategic and business development activities as set by the Head of Key Account Department in order to profitably grow the Target Market, within the Company to a leadership position.
- Work with local Managers, Support Account and Target Market Managers and staff, select and focus on the most attractive key customers and key projects in the areas of all application fields (in line with the TM General strategy and action plans).
- 1. Work closely with the selected Key Projects & Key Customers to generate the maximum business for respective Target Market products.
- 2.Identifying potential new customers and new business opportunities to grow the TM business.
- 3.Technical support for the customers by recommending suitable products and solutions and conducting product application trainings.
- 4.Networking & Relationship building by working effectively in a multi-cultural work environment with all the departments within the company as well as the existing and potential new customers.
- 5. Well understanding and analyzing of the competitor products and solutions and providing value added propositions to the customers.
- 6. Achieve the budgeted monthly sales targets by maximizing the profits.
- 7.Submit the monthly sales reports and as well as the monthly forecast of the products.
- 8.Responsible to collect the payments from the customers by having key interface between the credit control team and the customer accounts team.
- 9.Develop and implement marketing activities for the existing & new product launches.
- 10.Establish strong relationship with consultants, specifiers and clients’ authorities and assist the specification process to include the Company’s products and systems.
- 11.Coordinate with the TM Manager to identify product requirements and to carry the required documents concerning the product development PMP, TPP, PCP etc…
- 12.Ensure compliance with the company’s Quality Management and Environmental Health & Safety Management Systems.
