- 6+ years of experience in a brand marketing role focused within the advertising and/or e-commerce industries
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate in written, visual, and spoken formats technical marketing and advertising concepts
- Ability to clearly and concisely communicate with all internal stakeholders from the C-suite down to the teams on the street
- Experience implementing brand strategy across digital & physical mediums and disseminating brand messaging throughout an organization
- Fluency in the current ad-tech ecosystem and capability to discuss it with clients and teammates of varying abilities
- Ability to perform at a high level, even when faced with unexpected change, creative problem solver
- An effective communicator with excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills who loves to connect with people
- Excels in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing startup culture, and wants to play a key role in the next generation of TV advertising
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering business analysis and process improvement projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using data analysis and visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
- Experience with business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., SWOT analysis, BPMN).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage multiple priorities.

- Experience: 5 years of hands-on experience in supporting cloud-based infrastructure and data services.
- Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with major cloud service providers like AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform. Specific knowledge of cloud storage, computing, networking, and security services provided by these platforms.
- Database Management: Experience with database administration, setup, and maintenance, including SQL and NoSQL databases. Ability to optimize database performance and ensure data integrity. Hands-on experience or familiarity with Snowflake or equivalent a plus.
- Programming: Proficiency in scripting and programming languages commonly used in cloud environments, such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving: Ability to identify, analyze, and resolve infrastructure and data-related issues within cloud environments.
- Language and Communication: Ability to effectively using issue tracking system such as Jira and Confluence.
- Documentation: Skill in creating and maintaining detailed documentation for system configurations, procedures, and service records.
- Customer Service: Customer-facing skills to effectively communicate with clients or internal users, understanding their issues and explaining solutions clearly. Willingness and ability to respond issues in a timely manner during off-hours (in the US 9am-5pm Eastern).
- Data Security and Privacy: Knowledge of data encryption, secure data transfer protocols, and understanding of compliance regulations relevant to data security (e.g., GDPR, HIPAA).
