  • 4+ years’ experience developing content for internal employee communications and engagement programs, employee communications techniques, vehicles and processes. 
  • 4+ years’ experience successfully developing and executing communication plans within a Business, Marketing or IT setting. 
  • Experience successfully managing and executing multiple projects. 
  • Demonstrated ability to translate Executive and Corporate messaging into compelling presentations across multiple audience levels and media vehicles.. 
  • Ability to write, edit, and publish content in various media. 
  • Basic digital content development such as video editing and graphic design experience/exposure. 
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships with stakeholders across multiple business units and functions, ability to effectively collaborate with Executive Suite with poise, tactfulness, and diplomacy. 
  • Experience in supporting communications for large scale organizational change. 

The Change Enablement Consultant partners with project teams to enact change enablement strategies for small, medium and large enterprise-level transformation initiatives and strengthen organizational change enablement capability to increase the adoption of new solutions and accelerate value realization of organizational investments.

  • Manage a portfolio of initiatives requiring change enablement support. 
  • Create and execute change enablement plans, adapted to the change effort, inclusive of relevant planning tools and metrics. 
  • Ensure timely and successful execution of change management plans. 
  • Manage the intake process to assess the change management needs of various enterprise initiatives. 
  • Support Change Enablement training and self-service tools to strengthen organizational Change Enablement capability. 
  • Publish metrics that track the effectiveness of Change Enablement initiatives and alignment with initiative objectives. 
  • Provide data & insights to initiatives with the portfolio and provides guidance for leaders across enterprise. 
  • Liaise with other Change Enablement leads through a Change Community of Practice to drive knowledge sharing across change practitioners. 
  • Provide clear recommendation to business on acquired operation during due diligence phase. (Site visit, due diligence report, conclusions).
  • Prepare integration scenario and related proforma based on acquisition rational and business priority. Identify operational synergy and design plan for transition to future state.
  • For current SW operational entities, design rationalization or growth scenario, put together clear project scopes and financial analysis for complexity reduction, footprint optimization and high impact business practice changes that support the road to 25% ROS.
  • Effectively present project business cases to ELT and to executives. Communicate clearly and succinctly, issues, options, and recommended actions.
  • Engage with main stakeholders in all functions (finance, engineering, supply chain, sales….), create consensus on strategy, ensure project team in place and high momentum on project executions.
  • Benchmark internal and external best practices to ensure the EMEAI region is best-in-class meeting Customer requirements in terms of consistent Quality, best Service, and optimized cost to deliver.

Responsibilities

  •  Responsible for the Complaint Satisfaction Program across IW EMEAI which includes: leading daily product quality for IW BU including driving the complaint process through the EMEAI Quality Excellence Managers supporting Industrial Wood (IW) and maintaining and driving continuous improvement 
  • Support or primary lead on customer facing quality investigations to determine true root cause and systemic root cause and implement sustainable corrective actions and partner with key customers to solve problems and provide solutions to their biggest challenges 

Experience needed:

  •  The candidate must have 10 years of experience in coatings product development, Operations, Quality, Technical, or Sales and proven success as a formal root cause practitioner with Six Sigma for Design for Six Sigma certification (Green Belt certification or higher)

Other experience needed:

  •  The candidate should have previous management or supervisory experience, lean training/practitioner experience, complaint handling experience, and direct customer interaction experience 
  •  Skills required: Strong written and verbal communication skills, project management and presentation skills, and excellent team building and leadership skills
  • Directs project resources to achieve defined deliverables
  • Champions performance management of third-party resources 
  • Develops project and/or group budgeting. Estimates resource needs and probability of success. Plans schedules and directs work of group/project. Propose and control budget for group/project. 

Portfolio Management

  • Manage a portfolio of capital projects across European region. Projects could range from 250K Euros to greater than 20M Euros. 
  • Maintain high level of customer focus and regular communication to ensure customer needs are understood and met
  • Develop relationships with third party Engineering, Construction Management, and Contractors to drive standardization
  • Leverage stage gate process to ensure disciplined execution methodology
  • Develop Engineering and Construction Management standards to improve quality and consistency
  • Utilize business acumen to assess alternatives and deliver the lowest cost solution that meets the user requirements
  • Ensures that all pertinent legislative and regulatory requirements are met
  • Project Experience of continuous improvement working using and coaching CI tools and techniques. 
  • Experience of using the TPM framework for improvement within a factory. 
  • Experience of working in a consumer goods manufacturing environment
  • Strong financial and commercial awareness, with a good understanding of all functional areas within the business. 
  • Demonstration of: strong leadership through influencing and coaching; ability to communicate to all levels; energetic passion for creative but appropriate improvement; enthusiasm and patience to develop others; objective analytical style; a strong team work ethic. 
  • 2 years manufacturing experience
