- Must be native Arabic speaker and fluent in English
- Proficient in using marketing analytics tools and software.
- Proficient in using project management tools such as Notion
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and visual content
- Kuwaiti national candidates is a must.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in managing shared services or related functions, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven experience in leading IT, HR, Finance, Procurement, and Facilities Management departments.
- Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to drive change and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in shared services management.
