- Develop and implement a Cost-Management System (CMS) with a focus on cost mapping, allocation, tracking, and reporting. Integrate the CMS with Oracle ERP, the current system in use.
- Design and implement planning and budgeting systems for the manufacturing unit.
- Coordinate manufacturing budgets and business planning activities to ensure alignment with corporate policies.
- Provide financial direction and recommendations to improve site and company performance through structured reporting.
- Functionally report to the Deputy CFO & Head of Strategy.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or related field; CPA/CMA/CA is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a similar role within a food manufacturing unit.
- Proficient in budgeting and forecasting techniques, financial statement analysis, and projection.
- Extensive experience in cost accounting.
- Expertise in MS Office and Oracle ERP software; experience with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) is a bonus.
- Strong planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing multiple tasks concurrently and meeting strict deadlines.
- Effective communicator, able to respond to sensitive business inquiries and interact with management, public groups, peers, and staff.
- Demonstrates the highest standards of integrity and ethical behavior.
- Appreciates and respects cultural and personal differences.
- Team player with the ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve common goals.
- Strong business acumen with a pragmatic approach.
- Knowledge and understanding of Supply Chain Management (SCM) to improve end-to-end processes in collaboration with other departments.
