Hardware and Networking Specialist
Full job description
- We are currently seeking a qualified individual to join our team as an Hardware and networking Support Specialist proficient in VMware/Veeam, server management, networking, active directory, DC And ADC and fluent in Hindi and Arabic languages.
- Possession of a driving license and access to a car would be advantageous for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support for applications, specifically focusing on VMware/Veeam systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware issues related to servers and associated infrastructure.
- Exhibit expertise in network configuration,DC And ADC , maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Utilize proficiency in Hindi and Arabic languages for effective communication.
- Collaborate with diverse teams to ensure smooth operations across systems.
- Conduct routine maintenance, updates, and optimizations of server infrastructure.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in application support, particularly with VMware/Veeam systems.
- Profound understanding of server hardware, infrastructure, and network configurations.
- Strong troubleshooting skills in both hardware and software domains.
- Fluent in Hindi and Arabic languages for effective communication.
- Possession of a valid driving license with access to a car (beneficial).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certifications or relevant training in VMware, Veeam, server management, or networking.
- Bachelors in Computer science or any Other bachelor degree which is relevant to IT

المسؤوليات:
- توفير دعم شامل للتطبيقات، مع التركيز بشكل خاص على أنظمة VMware/Veeam.
- استكشاف مشكلات الأجهزة المتعلقة بالخوادم والبنية التحتية المرتبطة بها وإصلاحها.
- إظهار الخبرة في تكوين الشبكة وDC وADC والصيانة واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
- الاستفادة من الكفاءة في اللغتين الهندية والعربية للتواصل الفعال.

- خبرة واسعة في دعم التطبيقات، خاصة مع أنظمة VMware/Veeam.
- فهم عميق لأجهزة الخادم والبنية التحتية وتكوينات الشبكة.
- مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها في مجالات الأجهزة والبرامج.
- يجيد اللغتين الهندية والعربية للتواصل الفعال.
- حيازة رخصة قيادة سارية مع إمكانية الوصول إلى سيارة (مفيدة).
المؤهلات فضل:
- الشهادات أو التدريب ذي الصلة في VMware أو Veeam أو إدارة الخادم أو الشبكات.
- بكالوريوس في علوم الكمبيوتر أو أي درجة بكالوريوس أخرى ذات صلة بتكنولوجيا المعلومات
