Job Description:
As a Professional Services Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing and supporting various products in the NCR Atleos portfolio. You will work alongside a team of experienced professionals in banking and self-service industries. Responsibilities include visiting customers, ATM image deployments, troubleshooting, patching, and collaborating with IT and Business teams to ensure timely delivery and exceptional support.
Basic Qualifications:
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant fields.
- 5–10 years of experience in the IT industry.
- Experience working in self-service environments and the banking sector.
- Strong understanding of Windows-based systems (e.g., building gold images, patch updates, system drivers, diagnostics, logs reading).
- Client Relationship Management skills.
- Familiarity with API services.
- Experience with PowerShell.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies and databases.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken).

المؤهلات الأساسية:
- درجة في علوم الكمبيوتر أو تكنولوجيا المعلومات أو المجالات ذات الصلة.
- خبرة من 5 إلى 10 سنوات في صناعة تكنولوجيا المعلومات.
- خبرة في العمل في بيئات الخدمة الذاتية وقطاع الخدمات المصرفية.
- فهم قوي للأنظمة القائمة على Windows (مثل بناء الصور الذهبية، تحديث التصحيحات، برامج التشغيل، التشخيصات، قراءة السجلات).
- مهارات إدارة علاقات العملاء.
- معرفة بالخدمات القائمة على API.
- خبرة في PowerShell.
- معرفة قوية بالتقنيات والويب وقواعد البيانات.
- مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وحل المشكلات.
- قدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل تحت إشراف محدود.
- إتقان اللغة الإنجليزية (كتابةً وتحدثًا).
