Job Summary
Dedicated Field Engineer committed to working flexible hours, fully responding to the team and work needs to achieve the overall team goals.
The Field Support Specialist (Drill Bits) will provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and customer service for our range of drilling products. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with drill bits and a strong understanding of drilling operations. This role requires frequent travel to various field locations to ensure the optimal performance of our products and to support our clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support:
- Provide on-site technical assistance and troubleshooting for drill bit operations.
- Conduct performance analysis and provide recommendations for drill bit optimization.
- Assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of drill bits and associated equipment.
Customer Service:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor drill bit performance and address any issues.
- Provide training and support to client personnel on the use of drill bits and related equipment.
Data Collection and Reporting:
- Collect and analyze performance data from drill bit operations.
- Prepare detailed reports on drill bit performance and suggest improvements.
- Maintain accurate records of all service visits and client interactions.
Product Development:
- Provide feedback to the engineering and product development teams based on field observations.
- Participate in the testing and evaluation of new drill bit designs and technologies.
Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure all field operations comply with company safety policies and industry regulations.
- Conduct safety briefings and drills as necessary.
Experience/Education/Skill-set Required
- Open for Kuwaiti nationals.
- Field Service Engineer with at least 3 years of experience in Drill Bits and in the Oil Field.
- Educational qualification degree: Geology, Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent in Oilfield major.
- Languages: Arabic (essential) and English. Fluent in reading and writing.
- Commitment: Committed to working flexible hours, fully responding to the team and work needs to achieve the overall team goals.

سيوفر أخصائي الدعم الميداني (بتكنولوجيا الحفر) الدعم الفني في الموقع، وحل المشكلات، وخدمة العملاء لمجموعة منتجات الحفر الخاصة بنا. يجب أن يكون لدى المرشح الناجح خبرة واسعة في تكنولوجيا الحفر وفهم قوي لعمليات الحفر. تتطلب هذه الوظيفة السفر المتكرر إلى مواقع ميدانية مختلفة لضمان الأداء الأمثل لمنتجاتنا ودعم احتياجات عملائنا.
المسؤوليات الرئيسية
الدعم الفني:
- تقديم المساعدة الفنية في الموقع وحل المشكلات لعمليات تكنولوجيا الحفر.
- إجراء تحليل الأداء وتقديم التوصيات لتحسين تكنولوجيا الحفر.
- المساعدة في تركيب وصيانة وإصلاح تكنولوجيا الحفر والمعدات المرتبطة بها.
خدمة العملاء:
- بناء وصيانة علاقات قوية مع العملاء، وضمان تلبية احتياجاتهم بسرعة وفعالية.
- إجراء زيارات منتظمة للموقع لمراقبة أداء تكنولوجيا الحفر ومعالجة أي مشاكل.
- تقديم التدريب والدعم للموظفين العملاء حول استخدام تكنولوجيا الحفر والمعدات ذات الصلة.
جمع البيانات والتقارير:
- جمع وتحليل بيانات الأداء من عمليات تكنولوجيا الحفر.
- إعداد تقارير مفصلة عن أداء تكنولوجيا الحفر وتقديم اقتراحات للتحسين.
- الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع زيارات الخدمة والتفاعلات مع العملاء.
تطوير المنتجات:
- تقديم ملاحظات لفرق الهندسة وتطوير المنتجات بناءً على الملاحظات الميدانية.
- المشاركة في اختبار وتقييم تصاميم وتقنيات تكنولوجيا الحفر الجديدة.
السلامة والامتثال:
- ضمان امتثال جميع العمليات الميدانية لسياسات السلامة الخاصة بالشركة واللوائح الصناعية.
- إجراء اجتماعات وعمليات تدريب على السلامة حسب الحاجة.
الخبرة/التعليم/المهارات المطلوبة
- مفتوح للمواطنين الكويتيين.
- مهندس خدمات ميدانية مع خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تكنولوجيا الحفر وفي مجال النفط.
- درجة تعليمية: جيولوجيا، هندسة البترول، هندسة ميكانيكية، أو ما يعادلها في مجال النفط.
- اللغات: العربية (أساسية) والإنجليزية. إجادة القراءة والكتابة.
- الالتزام: ملتزم بالعمل لساعات مرنة، مستجيب تمامًا لاحتياجات الفريق والعمل لتحقيق الأهداف العامة للفريق.
