  • The Inventory Control Officer will be responsible to assist Inventory Management unit by undertaking basic laboring
  • responsibilities in a timely and effective manner.

3. Competencies:

  • MS Office, Excel, Word, PPT and Outlook

  • Experience: 2 – 5 years of experience In supply Chain
  • operations/Warehousing/Inventory Management

  •  Flexible to work in different shifts and for extended duty hours when needed

  •  Knowledgeable of Operating Machineries: Reach Trucks, VNA and alike
  •  Conduct regular physical inventory counts of all products in all warehouses and other warehouse locations.
  •  Verify inventory quantities by comparing them to physical counts and records.
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records.
  •  Ensure that inventory storage areas are organized and accessible.
  •  Report any inventory discrepancies or issues to The inventory supervisor
  •  Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records in the company’s database or inventory management system.
  •  Participate actively in the warehouse annual stock count and related tasks
  •  prepare the daily stock count report and share the updated status with the inventory supervisor and warehouse management.
  •  Randomly inspect the warehouse activities and transactions such as; receiving, picking, put away, GRN when required to ensure the accuracy level, and report the non-compliance for further action.
  •  He should have a desire to learn every detail related to inventory business and should have the passion to reach out for personal development
  •  When required, will assume /do other warehouse role / activities as per Management / Superiors requirements.
  •  Ensure compliance with organization policies, safety standards and regulatory requirements related to inventory management.
Job Description
  • Excellence of market execution as per to Unilever’s perfect Store proposition & data input into SHELVZ application. Securing
  • the supply chain into the market in term uploading and downloading company’s SKU from and into the market

  •  Secondary School Diploma

Other Requirements:

  •  Valid Kuwait driving license and a clean driving record.
  •  Familiarity with road maps.
  •  Familiarity with Shelvz App Physically fit. Holding old driving license and has a car. Worked with Coops and/or Key accounts within FMCG industry. Able to work on mobile application.

  •  Direct working relationship with the area Supervisor.
  •  Work Closely with Drivers & Delivery system.
  •  Indirect work with the sales team & Other Merchandisers to satisfy market & target achievements.

  •  Directly with Market’s stock keeper.
  •  Indirect communication with Store Manager to facilitate shelves replenishment.

  •  POSM implementation as per to Shopper marketing plan and updates.
  •  Planogram 100% implementation.
  •  Securing SOS as per to BDA & Unilever’s direction.
  •  Monthly Stock count as per to time provided by Supervisors and management.
  •  Quarterly Expiration Date Audit.
  •  CRQS: Monitoring shelves cleanliness from Damages, Dust, Broken seals etc.
