About the Job
MRP-Global is seeking a skilled

SAP MRO Solution Architect to join a leading global brand involved in delivering

S/4HANA & MRO implementations within the

Aerospace & Defence sector. This is a permanent, full-time position offering an excellent salary, bonus, benefits package, and the flexibility of hybrid working. The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in building and deploying

SAP MRO solutions, and should be ready to work with

C-level stakeholders while delivering complex solutions across Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deploy a new
  

  SAP MRO S/4HANA solution.

• Govern the global template for the
  

  SAP MRO S/4HANA solution.

• Establish trust and respect from
  

  C-level stakeholders through your experience and knowledge.

• Run customer workshops to gather business requirements and align on key objectives.
• Review and approve functional specifications for solution design.
• Lead a team of
  

  SAP MRO/IS A&D Consultants.

• Contribute significantly to the design and delivery decisions of the
  

  SAP MRO Integration solution.

• Roll out the
  

  SAP MRO Solution and perform

  quality assurance on project deliverables.

• Provide
  

  go-live support and hypercare, overseeing testing and training.

Key Criteria:

• Proven experience in building and deploying
  

  SAP MRO solutions across Europe.

• Extensive experience in
  

  SAP MRO/IS-A&D/iMRO Solution Architecture, with a strong ability to design complex solutions.

• Broad knowledge of
  

  SAP MRO &

  SAP IS-A&D Solutions.

• Strong
  

  C-level stakeholder management skills.

• Proficient functional skills and hands-on ability to configure
  

  SAP MRO/SAP IS A&D.

• Fluent in
  

  French with the ability to work in a professional environment.

Location Requirements:
The role is based in

Paris, France, with the expectation to travel to client sites when required. Candidates located in major French cities (Le Mans, Nantes, Bordeaux, Toulouse, Montpellier, Marseille, Lyon, Strasbourg) or other European locations (Belgium, Brussels, Switzerland, Geneva, Lausanne) are encouraged to apply. Candidates from other locations in Europe may also be considered.
