Are you a dynamic sales professional looking to make an impact? We are seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive growth and enhance our market presence in the coops sector.
Responsibilities:
- Improve the market position and achieve the company’s financial growth in line with business targets.
- Explore potential markets, identify new business opportunities, and negotiate and close deals to meet financial goals.
- Maintain extensive knowledge of current market conditions, ensuring the corporate identity and strong customer relations.
- Develop and recommend new business strategies based on market research, product promotion, and client relationships.
- Ensure on-shelf visibility as per annual agreements, maintain ad-hoc and off-shelf displays, and create impactful promotional materials.
- Manage product pricing according to the account price list and maintain sales targets (SOS).
- Ensure availability of new SKUs on the shelf and display products according to launch guidelines.
- Provide feedback on innovative products regarding sales performance, consumer comments, and quality.
- Support implementation of planograms with photographic evidence and report variances to supervisors.
المسؤوليات:
- تحسين وضع السوق وتحقيق النمو المالي للشركة وفقًا لأهداف الأعمال.
- استكشاف الأسواق المحتملة، وتحديد فرص العمل الجديدة، والتفاوض وإغلاق الصفقات لتحقيق الأهداف المالية.
- الحفاظ على معرفة واسعة بظروف السوق الحالية وضمان الهوية المؤسسية وبناء علاقات مع العملاء.
- توصية وتطوير استراتيجيات عمل جديدة للسوق بناءً على أبحاث المنتجات وكيفية الإعلان عنها وبناء العلاقات مع العملاء الجدد.
- ضمان وضوح المنتجات على الأرفف وفقًا للعقد السنوي، وصيانة العروض الترويجية حسب العقود والتقويمات.
- التأكد من أن المنتج له السعر المناسب حسب قائمة أسعار الحساب.
- الحفاظ على SOS حسب الهدف، والعمل مع الفريق لتحقيق الأهداف.
- التأكد من توفر SKU الجديدة على الأرفف بعد إدراجها.
- عرض المنتجات حسب إرشادات الإطلاق واستخدام المواد الترويجية ذات الصلة خلال فترة الإطلاق.
- تقديم ملاحظات بشأن المنتجات الجديدة من حيث الطلب وتعليقات المستهلكين والجودة.
- دعم تنفيذ خطة العرض مع الصور والتقارير عن الانحرافات إلى المشرفين لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.
Skills Required:
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written & verbal).
- Bilingual speaker (preferred).
- Honest, ethical, and self-confident.
- Ability to work under pressure and identify problems quickly.
- Strong understanding of customer needs and market share information.
- Good analytical and numerical skills.
- Team-oriented with strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
- Proficient in negotiation and customer-focused strategies.
