- Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of Arla logistics fleet and route planning.
- Coordinate with drivers and maintenance team to schedule vehicle maintenance and repairs.
- Monitor fuel usage, maintenance costs, and overall fleet performance.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and licensing requirements.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections of vehicles to ensure they meet safety standards.
- Track fleet repairing history and monitor GPS tracking systems.
- Handle any fleet-related issues or emergencies that may arise.
- Take the daily order details from system, print the picklist, and do route planning.
- Plan and optimize delivery routes to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products/services.
- Coordinate with drivers and warehouse team to schedule and communicate route assignments.
- Collaborate with sales, customer service, and warehouse teams to gather relevant information for route planning as well as coordinate with drivers for market returns.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation related to route planning activities.
- High School Diploma or equivalent, Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
- Good verbal, written, reading both English & Arabic
- Background in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in route planning, logistics coordination, or a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Computer literate with capability in email, MS Office and related business and communication tools.
- Knowledge in SAP will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work well independently and in collaboration with others.
