ROLE SUMMARY
- The Community Marketing Lead is responsible for creating brand awareness and building brand loyalty through community activations.
- The role focuses on building relations with local relevance and creating meaningful long-term relationships with studios and brand ambassadors to reach new guests & diversify lululemon’s community.
- Responsible for building relationships with shopping centers and city studios
- Manage the community initiatives related costs ensuring compliance with budget
- Build strong professional relationships with Store Ambassadors & Store teams
- Organize and oversee photoshoots with ambassadors and local athletes in the community.
- Stay in compliance with brand standards at all times.
- Liaise with and leverage relationships with key players in the local athletic communities/ affiliated studios.
- Being a brand guardian for any community request ensuring smooth communication and implementation of events.

- Diploma in business, Marketing or related subject. Bachelor’s degree would be an asset
- 5+ years’ in marketing or event management. Ideally in the fitness field
- Excellent communication Skills
- Must be a Team Player
