Labaguette is looking to hire:
Bakery Chef
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, breads, cakes, and other baked goods.
• Develop new recipes and improve existing ones to enhance product offerings.
• Able to create new fillings for pies and sandwiches, along with new products.
• Ensure all baked goods meet quality standards and are presented attractively.
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies, placing orders as necessary.
• Train and mentor junior bakers and kitchen staff as needed.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations.
Qualifications:
• Extensive knowledge of baking techniques and ingredients.
• Creativity and a passion for the baking arts.
• Understanding of food safety.
• Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus.

• إعداد وخبز مجموعة واسعة من المعجنات والخبز والكعك وغيرها من المنتجات المخبوزة.
• تطوير وصفات جديدة وتحسين الوصفات الحالية لتعزيز العروض.
• القدرة على صنع حشوات جديدة للفطائر والسندويشات بالإضافة إلى منتجات جديدة.
• ضمان أن جميع المخبوزات تلبي معايير الجودة وتقدم بشكل جذاب.
• إدارة مخزون المكونات واللوازم، وطلب المزيد حسب الحاجة.
• تدريب وتوجيه الخبازين المبتدئين وموظفي المطبخ عند الحاجة.
• الحفاظ على مكان عمل نظيف ومنظم، مع الالتزام بلوائح الصحة والسلامة.
المؤهلات:
• معرفة واسعة بتقنيات الخبز والمكونات.
• الإبداع والشغف بفن الخبز.
• فهم سلامة الأغذية.
• يفضل الحصول على شهادة في فنون الطهي أو مؤهل ذو صلة.
