• Bachelor’s degree in HSE or related field
• Licensed/Registered Civil/ Bridge Engineer or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience
• At least 8 years of which must involve bridge foundation design and construction.
• Experience in design and construction of mass concrete foundations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelors degree or Masters degree in any Engineering Fields that are applied to the practice of Fire Protection
• With relevant trainings and duly certified by the National Fire Protection Authority (NFPA) in the respective field of expertise or position
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of professional experience
• Preferably with ten (10) relevant/related years

• Professional/Licensed Electro-Mechanical Engineer
• Must have at least ten (10) years of experience in design and construction of pumping stations and sluice gates
• At least 3 specific years in Detailed Engineering Design of electro-mechanical works for projects such as sluice gates, pumping stations for drainage and flood control projects.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• – Analyze alternative schemes of achieving the project objectives by removing the non-essential feature
• – Provide necessary functions in the project based on value engineering principles
• – Analyze and audit the project’s performance based on value engineering principles
• – Analyze alternative construction methodology and material
• – Assist the structural, River Training Specialist in providing inputs on the Project Implementation work plan/methodology

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil/Bridge Engineering
• Licensed/Registered Civil/ Bridge Engineer or equivalent
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience
• At least 8 years of which must involve bridge foundation design and construction.
• Experience in design and construction of mass concrete foundations
• Must have experience in CABLE-STAYED BRIDGES and ASEAN Countries (Philippines, Malaysia, Laos, Indonesia, Cambodia, Brunei, Singapore, Vietnam, Jakarta, Myanmar and Thailand)

QUALIFICAITONS:

• Master’s or Doctral Degree in related Engineering field
• With relevant trainings in the specified position
• Minimum 15 years of total experience, 10 years of which must be relevant/related to QS/Cost Estimator for Building Infrastructure Projects

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Geologist or Civil Engineer
• At least 10 years of experience in geological/geotechnical investigation and soil mechanics and laboratory testingdetailed engineering design of infrastructure project (bridge etc.) for
• 5 years of experience related to materials testing and quality assurance and control particularly for flood control, roads and bridges structure.

Qualifications:

• Candidate must have a Master’s degree in Hydraulics
• Must have 20 years TOTAL of experience with 12 years being related to hydrology and involves CABLE-STAYED BRIDGES
• Experienced in the design, as hydraulic parameters for bridge.
• Willing to work overseas

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Bridge Engineering
• Duly Licensed/Registered Engineer or equivalent
• At least 15 years of total experience
• Eight (8) years of which in BRIDGE SUPERSTRUCTURE design and construction.
• Experience in design and construction of LONG SPAN BRIDGES

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Licensed Environmental – Ecologist/Biodiversity Expert
• At least ten (10) years of experience in EIA studies
• Must have experience in the conduct of Environmental Management and Biodiversity Monitoring for river and marine projects with particular experience in mangrove systems.

Qualification / Experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering with Master’s degree or Doctoral degree specialized in Seismic Engineering
• With relevant trainings in the respective field of expertise or position
• Minimum fifteen (15) years of professional experience
• Preferably with ten (10) relevant/related years of experience such as but not limited to structural design or seismic hazard assessment (ground motion analysis and/or structural response to earthquakes).
