- Customer Support: Provide on-site and remote support, including troubleshooting, version upgrades, and training to ensure optimal product use.
- Technical Expertise: Deliver expert-level root cause analysis for complex troubleshooting issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Documentation: Prepare comprehensive technical documentation, including Low-Level Design, As-Built Design, Technical Requirements, and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Coordination: Collaborate with team members, project managers, and vendors to coordinate tasks and report progress to the Technical Manager.
- Professionalism: Handle confidential material with the utmost professionalism and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Innovative Solutions: Apply creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative solutions for complex security challenges.
- Analytical Skills: Demonstrate strong analytical abilities with attention to detail and accuracy in managing complex issues.
- Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience with security infrastructure implementation and administration (Forcepoint, Palo Alto, McAfee, etc.).
- Security Integration: Proficient in integrating security solutions such as Web Proxy, Email Gateway, and Next-Generation Firewalls.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
- Endpoint Protection: Familiarity with Endpoint Protection Platforms (Palo Alto, McAfee, Symantec, etc.).
- Technical Expertise: Experience with security products including firewalls, IDS/IPS, WAF, Web Security Proxy, Email Security, DLP, and Backup Solutions.
- Networking Knowledge: Solid understanding of TCP/IP, routing protocols, L2/L3 switches, with hands-on experience in networking using Cisco Routers and Switches.
- Platform Knowledge: Knowledge of working with Windows and Linux Servers and Virtualization solutions such as VMware/Hyper-V.
- Solution Architecture: Ability to perform Proof of Concept and build solution architecture designs using multiple products.
- Certifications: CCNA/CCNP, Forcepoint SE Certification, Palo Alto PCNSA/PCCSA, and certifications from Barracuda and Fortinet are highly desirable. Additional network and security certifications are preferred.
- Visa Status: Candidate must be currently based in Kuwait with a transferable visa 18.
