HVAC Technician

Job Summary:

• An HVAC Technician, or a Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning Technician, installs and repairs various air quality systems.
•  Their main duties include locating and diagnosing maintenance problems on equipment, conducting warranty services and quickly performing emergency repairs on certain equipment items.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• • Performing all type of ducting work and HVAC pipelines.
• • Conducting routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems.
• • Diagnosing and repairing malfunctioning equipment, such as refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and heating pumps.
• • Performing installations of new heating and cooling systems.
• • Maintaining accurate records of equipment repairs and maintenance.
• • Troubleshooting issues with electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.
• • Collaborating with team members and management to ensure customer satisfaction.
• • Adhering to safety procedures and guidelines while on job sites.
• • Timely completion of work orders

Knowledge:

• • Proven work experience as an HVAC Technician.
• • Knowledge of heating and cooling systems, including refrigeration systems, air conditioning units, and heating pumps.
• • VRF and conventional HVAC installation and troubleshooting experience.
• • Air Balancing.
• • Strong understanding of electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems.
• • Knowledge of safety procedures and personal protection equipment.

Qualifications:

• • Technical Certificate.

ملخص الوظيفة:

• يقوم فني التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء، أو فني التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء، بتثبيت وإصلاح أنظمة جودة الهواء المختلفة.

• • التعاون مع أعضاء الفريق والإدارة لضمان رضا العملاء.

• • إنجاز أوامر العمل في الوقت المناسب

معرفة:

• • خبرة عمل مثبتة كفني تكييف وتدفئة.
• • معرفة أنظمة التدفئة والتبريد، بما في ذلك أنظمة التبريد، ووحدات تكييف الهواء، ومضخات التدفئة.
• • خبرة في تركيب أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء التقليدية وVRF واستكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها.
• • موازنة الهواء.
• • فهم قوي للمكونات الكهربائية والميكانيكية لأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء.
• • معرفة إجراءات السلامة ومعدات الحماية الشخصية.
