A Sales Engineer is a professional who specializes in understanding the technical aspects of products and explaining them to potential customers. This role involves providing consultation services, offering tailored solutions to customer problems, and ensuring the technical requirements of customers are met.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver technical presentations to demonstrate how products and services work.
- Collaborate with customers and engineers to ensure the equipment meets system requirements.
- Communicate with the Technical Development Team to understand customer demands and offer necessary sales support.
- Secure orders, ensure product standards, and manage product delivery.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships and acceptance.
- Plan and suggest modifications to products to meet specific customer needs.
- Assist clients in solving product usage issues.
- Recommend new and improved products to customers, explaining how they will be more cost-effective.
- In-depth technical knowledge of the company’s products, services, and equipment.
- Understanding of customer segments, their requirements, and market pricing.

- B.S. in Mechanical Engineering
- KSE Approval
- Valid Driver’s License
- Proficiency in English (reading and writing)
- Minimum of 6 years of experience

المهام والمسؤوليات:
- إعداد وتقديم عروض تقديمية فنية لشرح كيفية عمل المنتجات والخدمات.
- التعاون مع العملاء والمهندسين لضمان توافق المعدات مع متطلبات النظام.
- التواصل مع فريق التطوير الفني لفهم طلبات العملاء وتقديم الدعم اللازم للمبيعات.
- تأمين الطلبات وضمان معايير المنتج وإدارة تسليم المنتج.
- بناء والحفاظ على علاقات قوية مع العملاء وقبولهم.
- التخطيط واقتراح التعديلات على المنتجات لتلبية احتياجات العملاء.
- مساعدة العملاء في حل مشكلات استخدام المنتج.
- التوصية بمنتجات جديدة ومحسنة للعملاء وشرح كيفية جعل المعدات أكثر فعالية من حيث التكلفة.
- معرفة تقنية عميقة بمنتجات الشركة وخدماتها ومعداتها.
- فهم لقطاعات العملاء ومتطلباتهم وتسعير السوق.
