This position will ensure smooth functions of the administrative tasks, by coordinating with various departments and execute administrative tasks within the admin team in a timely & professional manner. Ensure to meet the deadlines for all government related functions. 

• Organize and maintain employee documents
• Coordinate with Supervisors and Department Heads to gather documents for various administrative tasks.
• Prepare, manager & renew gate passes, driving licenses, diesel tanker permits, and vehicle registrations for employees
• Verify traffic violation fines and manage their payment.
• Liaise with government authorities and company employees
• Joining formalities to be executed
• Provide ongoing support for bilingual transactions as needed.
• Manage daily HR and administrative transactions.

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
• Minimum 3-5 years of similar experience
• Arabic (read/write/speak) is mandatory for this role.
• Customer Service and Organization Skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Experience in the oil and gas industry is a plus
