- A leading company and supplier of high-quality ready mix concrete in Kuwait, is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Representative to join our team.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
- Identify and qualify new sales leads and convert them into profitable customer relationships.
- Generate quotes and proposals based on project specifications and customer needs.
- Assist customers in selecting the right concrete mix for their project requirements.
- Provide technical expertise and answer questions about concrete products and services.
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers.
- Oversee the sales process from initial contact to project completion, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Track sales performance metrics and develop strategies to achieve sales goals.
- Attend industry events and trade shows to network and build relationships.
- May participate in job site visits to assess project needs and provide technical support.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and project details.
- Bachelor”s degree in construction management, engineering, business, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, preferably within the cement concrete ready mix and construction materials industry.
- Strong understanding of the ready-mix concrete industry and its products.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills in Arabic and English is and added advantage
- Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and exceed expectations.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A valid driver”s license and a clean driving record.
